PRATHAM, a leading NGO focused on improving education quality, has successfully implemented comprehensive skill development training programs for local youth under its CSR initiatives in collaboration with Lloyds Infinite Foundation (LIF). Through a joint effort with Village Gram Panchayats and Sarpanchs, 29 young individuals were selected from the community for skill training aligned with the requirements of Lloyds Metal and Energy Limited (LMEL), Ghugus.
The selected youth are undergoing specialized training in Bar Bending, Electrician, and Welder job roles. The training center was officially inaugurated by the Unit Head of Lloyds Metal and Energy Limited, Ghugus. Upon successful completion of their two-month training and assessments, these individuals will be deployed under a contractual role at LMEL, contributing to both the local economy and the company’s workforce.
