Health Awareness and Support Drive Held at Shengaon Village: Over 150 Beneficiaries Reached Through MMU Services and Equipment Distribution.
A comprehensive health and hygiene initiative was held at Zilla Parishad School, Shengaon, benefiting adolescent girls, women, elderly, and differently-abled citizens. Organized by the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) team, the program included menstrual hygiene awareness sessions for 45 participants and free sanitary napkin distribution.
General health check-ups were provided to 36 villagers, while 118 beneficiaries received essential health-support equipment like wheelchairs, walking sticks, and commode chairs. The event, graced by Hon. Vikas Varma, highlighted a strong commitment to inclusive and community-centered healthcare.
