Constructed with the unwavering support of local villagers and the vision of our Managing Director, Mr. B. Prabhakaran, this multispecialty hospital represents a significant milestone in the region’s healthcare landscape.
Situated in the heart of Gadchiroli, the Lloyds Kali Ammal Memorial Hospital (LKAM Hospital) stands as a beacon of hope for underserved communities. Constructed with the unwavering support of local villagers and the vision of our Managing Director, Mr. B. Prabhakaran, this multispecialty hospital represents a significant milestone in the region’s healthcare landscape.
From its inception in November 2023, LKAM Hospital has been dedicated to meeting the diverse medical needs of the community. Equipped with modern facilities including a 30-bed capacity, advanced diagnostic services, and a proficient medical team, the hospital provides comprehensive healthcare services spanning emergency care, maternity, dentistry, ophthalmology, general medicine, and pediatrics.
Beyond providing medical treatment, LKAM Hospital emphasizes community engagement through outreach programs, health education initiatives, and preventive healthcare efforts. With an average of 100-150 patients served daily, the hospital’s positive impact resonates throughout the region, marking a significant stride towards improved health outcomes in Gadchiroli.

Collaborating with esteemed partners like the Prayas Foundation, we organized transformative medical camps to extend healthcare services directly to those in need. Recognizing the importance of addressing specific health challenges faced by women and girls, LIF hosted special events such as the Menstrual Hygiene Day celebration. Through informative sessions led by experts, we aimed to debunk myths surrounding menstruation, promote hygiene practices, and distribute sanitary napkins as a gesture of support.
