LIF Celebrates World Environment Day with Community-Led Green Initiatives.

On the occasion of World Environment Day, Lloyds Infinite Foundation (LIF) led a series of impactful environmental activities across Surjagarh and Konsari, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and climate awareness.

In Surjagarh, 100 mango saplings were distributed among villagers, while 80 neem and 80 kaner saplings were planted near the temple premises, strengthening local green cover.

At Konsari, the day began with a Dindi Rally, spreading awareness on environmental protection and inspiring community participation in tree plantation. A plantation drive followed at the Zilla Parishad Primary Center School, and fruit-bearing trees were distributed to women attendees.

The celebrations saw active participation from LIF’s CSR and Environment Teams, along with 120 villagers, Lights Academy students, and dignitaries including Konsari Gram Sevak, Police Patil, GP Members, and company officials.

Adding to the awareness drive, 160 students from Lloyds Sports Academy took part in a drawing competition on environmental themes.

This event marked the launch of a week-long plantation campaign, aiming to plant 3,000 trees in the region—turning words into action for a greener tomorrow.
