In a heartfelt effort to support healthcare services in the region, Lloyds Infinite Foundation (LIF) organized a Blood Donation Camp on 28th July 2025. The camp witnessed an overwhelming response, with 100 voluntary donors coming forward to contribute the gift of life.
The event was conducted in collaboration with the Blood Bank Team of Sub-District Hospital (SDH), Aheri, whose dedicated support ensured smooth and safe operations throughout the camp. The collected blood will significantly aid in meeting emergency medical needs in Gadchiroli’s rural and tribal areas.
The camp was graced by the presence of Hon. Murugeshan Sir (LMEL), Dr. Ishwar Meshram Watgure (MO, SDH Aheri), Nikhil Kondaparti (Lab Technician, SDH Aheri) and his team, Dr. Vaibhav Markam (MO, Dispensary), Dr. S. Chandar (Sr. OHO), and Mr. Yash Somankar (Staff, Kali Ammal Memorial Hospital, Hedri).
Speaking on the occasion, the dignitaries appreciated the donors for their selfless service and stressed the importance of regular blood donation in saving lives. The successful turnout reaffirmed LIF’s commitment to strengthening healthcare access and fostering a culture of community welfare in the region.
